                                                          Finley Industrial Park: The Finley Industrial Park was developed in 2001 as a result of a progressive thinking City Council who believed it to be necessary to be proactive rather than reactive to the needs of expanding, relocating and developing businesses. A two-phase project, Phase I has been completed with shovel ready lots, paved access and infrastructure already in place. It is located off of Highway 200 on the east side of town. Though a number of lots have already been purchased and occupied, several remain available.
