Warren has had previous exposure to the mission and history of the Empowerment Zone. He reviewed and commented on the first draft application and has provided board leadership training over the last five years. Warren is an experienced professional facilitation consultant and a seasoned economic and community development professional in North Dakota.
Beth recently joined the Empowerment Zone team January 1, 2006, as the new CFO. Beth has extensive accounting experience, and was formerly an internal auditor for casinos in Las Vegas and the Business Manager at the Wimbledon/Courtenay School. Beth resides in rural Cooperstown with her husband, Ron.
Jill graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a B.S. in Paralegal Studies. Jill is the "jack of all trades" in the office. Her duties include managing the loan portfolio, assisting the CEO on the various projects that are going on within the Zone, as well as providing administration to the office.
Brenda has worked with nonprofit organizations for the last twenty years. She recently graduated with honors from Dickinson State University and received her national certification as a Business, Retention and Expansion Consultant during the Summer of 2005. Brenda was raised in a rural community and currently resides in Finley and enjoys the rural quality of life.
