The Empowerment
Zone Executive Committee consists of the President,
Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and the CEO (as
a non-voting member.) The Executive committee can make
any and all decisions as delegated by the Board of Directors
and it may convene to expedite operations or in case
of an emergency.
